A Haunting in Connecticut (1 x 94 minutes)
Ed and Karen Parker rent a rambling old house in Connecticut. They need to be near the hospital where their 14-year-old son Paul is being treated for cancer. The day they move in, they notice crucifixes hanging over all the doorways. More telling is a basement room filled with head tags, toe tags, coffin keys and religious medals, the house is an old funeral parlor. Although they withhold this information from their four children, Paul makes an ominous announcement; “we have to leave here…this house is evil.”
As Paul’s condition worsens, he claims he can see apparitions and hear voices. During a violent episode, he attacks a female cousin. Ed and Karen believe their son is hallucinating, in desperation they commit Paul to a mental hospital. But with Paul gone, the house is besieged by angry entities, dark forces that torment the entire family. Terrified, Karen contacts Edward and Lorraine Warren. The renowned, but controversial couple has been involved in some of America’s most notorious hauntings. After weeks of rigorous testing, the Warrens gather enough evidence to convince the Catholic Church to perform an exorcism. Before long, the strange incidents cease. The Parkers move out days later.
[Update]
there seem to be other sightings of the demonic ghost as told in this story. He's described as a "shadow man" or visitor that appears to young children and teens, usually from ages 10 to 18. (although occasionally shows up to adults) some facts that are known is that it is overwhelmingly violent and dangerous, overtime it will try to break down your will for posession, force you to do bad things, (by blackmail/death threat) it takes a human shape or form, has pitch-black darkness where the eye sockets should be, it seems to be wearing a formal suit, and is said to show up often, and visit you late at night.
Here are some emails sent from other people regarding their encounters.

A Haunting in Georgia (1 x 94 minutes)
Andy and Lisa Wyrick are concerned, their four year old daughter Heidi has two imaginary playmates; “Mr. Gordy,” and elderly man who pushes her on the swing, and “Con,” a younger man Heidi describes as “missing an arm and covered with blood.” When Lisa tells a neighbor of Mr. Gordy and Con, she is astonished to learn that the two men once lived in the area, and they’ve both been dead for years.
The Wyricks refuse to believe Heidi’s imaginary friends are the spirits of dead neighbors, until those spirits become dangerous. Now, Heidi sees a faceless apparition that moves silently through the house. When the child wakes up one night with deep gashes on her face, Dr. William Roll, an Oxford-educated parapsychologist, is called in to investigate. Dr. Roll brings in specialized equipment to test the house and property. After a thorough examination, he concludes that Heidi possesses a rare psychic ability that is combining with a strong electromagnetic field to cause hallucinations. But when the rest of Heidi’s family begins experiencing terrifying phenomena…there’s nothing science can do to stop the nightmare.
Here's another show that is also based on true stories. This is the "A Haunting" series.
